My mother and I have talked about going to Hawaii, and we finally did, just the two of us.
Here is a picture that I took out the window of the plane as we approached Honolulu. We were so excited to finally be here after our early 6:00 am departure from Las Vegas. The colors of the water were spectacular and reminded me of both the Bahamas and Bermuda. But I knew that Hawaii was going to offer us a much different experience that I had in either of those 2 places.
